Why wont my garden sprinklers go on

I've replaced the solinoids, and the timer, but when I turn the timer to manual the sprinklers wont go on. I've made sure the valves are on, and the sprinklers will work if I loosen the solinoids. - HELP!

Are the solinoids getting power to them? They should have 12v at the connections.

Most likely you have a power problem.
