I have an upstairs garage apartment that is experiencing pressure issues: The tub starts out strong and goes to a trickle; when the toilet is flushed no other water flows; downstairs the washer and outside spigot are very low pressure. In my house, which is not attached to the garage, but comes off the same meter (lines split), I seem to have lower than normal pressure, especially when toilets fill. There has been work by the City of Emerson on Puckett Rd late last week (we are just outside the city limits but are on Emerson water). I have never experienced a problem like this and am at a loss.

I hadn't thought about that pesky pressure regulator valve. That might be the issue. At least that gives me a place to start. Thanks.
